At Heritage Corgis, our commitment to you doesn’t end when you bring your puppy home—it lasts a lifetime. As passionate breeders and dedicated Corgi enthusiasts, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. While we take every measure to ensure the health and happiness of our puppies, factors such as genetics, exercise, nutrition, and overall care are beyond our control. Regardless of the circumstances, we are always here to offer guidance and support whenever you need it.

Health Guarantee

We know that every Corgi is irreplaceable, but we also believe that companionship can help ease the pain of loss. In the rare event that a puppy passes away within two years due to a genetic or congenital disorder affecting its health, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no cost. If such an event occurs after ten years, we will offer a 70% credit of the original purchase price toward a new puppy. A licensed veterinarian’s certified documentation is required for these guarantees.

Your Role in Your Puppy’s Health

We take pride in delivering a healthy, happy puppy, and we ask for your partnership in maintaining their well-being. To ensure your Corgi’s health:

• Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two business days of arrival and provide us with a copy of the medical record.
• Your puppy will come with up-to-date vaccinations—please do not administer additional vaccines within the first 10 days.
• Keep up with regular veterinary care, deworming, and examinations as recommended by your veterinarian.
• While we provide initial vaccinations and deworming, these should be continued until at least 9 weeks of age or as advised by your vet.

Exceptions to Our Guarantee

While we stand behind the health of our puppies, we cannot guarantee:

• Disposition, temperament, size, weight, color, markings, or breeding ability.
• Hip dysplasia in breeds prone to the condition if the puppy becomes overweight.
• Costs related to spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.
• Any health issues resulting from lack of proper veterinary care, delayed vaccinations, or failure to maintain a healthy weight.
